I am a huge fan of this incredible chef. I have all of her cookbooks including my favorite and probably everyone elses, ‘Cooking For Jeffrey’. I have tried many a recipe from her books but my hands down favorites are her meatloaf and jambalaya recipes. Her summer pasta salad is the best thing ever on a hot summer day. Easy to make and satisfying. Simply delicious. As a foodie there is no looking further. If you’re looking to impress a crowd you should definitely look into her food. It will not disappoint.
And don’t forget the good olive oil.
