Another one of my favorite chefs. I watch all his shows even if it’s a repeat. His cookbooks, especially his Brunch At Bobby’s, are what food dreams are made of. His food is amazing and his use of spices is unmatched. I have tried many a recipe from his books and I am always in awe of how well they come out. Now, I know how to cook but when preparing his recipes the outcome is all him. I began watching his Brunch at Bobby’s years ago and have watched him grow as a chef, entrepreneur, and business man. I am fortunate enough to be able to live in a time when chefs like him have cookbooks and restaurants where we can all go to enjoy their food.
