Every time I go to Union Square here in NYC I walk by this restaurant on my way to take the bus back home. It always smells amazing and the menu looked delicious but I never had time to go in, sit down and eat. I am so glad I made the time this week. I was having a self-care day and decided to treat myself to lunch here. The actual restaurant itself is very plain and not really inviting to the eye but the food more that makes up for it. The staff is very sweet and it has an open kitchen so you can watch your food being done. I had the pork shoulder burrito bowl with pineapple sauce and guacamole. For my drink I had their homemade Horchata Lemonade. This my friends is heaven in a cup!!! So incredibly delicious and refreshing. Stop by friends. You will NOT be disappointed.
